Our partnership with our Israeli colleagues in Tel Aviv, Israel, has existed since our law firm was founded in 1993. Initially, the cooperation took place with lawyer and notary Jacob Harari. Later, his son Yariv Harari joined as a lawyer after completing his law studies in Leicester, England. The basis of our trusting cooperation is that we are able to represent both advisory and litigation clients in court at our offices in Cologne and Tel Aviv. Israeli clients have our Israeli colleagues as contacts to discuss matters in Hebrew. The legal exchange then takes place between the partners in English. Conversely, we can advise and represent German-speaking clients in their legal matters in Israel from Cologne. If a mandate in Cologne can only be handled in Hebrew, it is also possible to conduct client meetings in Hebrew. One of our employees is a native Hebrew speaker. She can accompany consultations in Hebrew with translation. Even if legal matters cannot be handled directly by our law firm and our Israeli partners, both sides can fall back on existing cooperations with local lawyers who are appropriately specialized.
